Not many people know but the hunk Akshaye Khanna was the first choice for the film “Taare Zameen Par”. The stud was approached by Aamir Khan and was told that Amol Gupte had a great script and would like to meet up with him regarding Akshaye’s casting in the movie. But then, by the time Akshaye Khanna met Amol, Aamir had gone through the script and liked it so much that he decided to play the role himself. Though Akshaye has liked Aamir’s performance a lot, but the success of the movie surely makes him jealous.
